This Privacy Policy describes how Vantage ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use ChangeGuard ("the Service").
Information we collect
We collect: account information (name, email address) when you register; project documents you upload for analysis; usage data (how you interact with the Service); and technical data (browser type, IP address, session data). We do not collect payment information directly — payment processing is handled by Stripe.
How we use your information
We use your information to: provide and improve the Service; process and analyze documents you upload; communicate with you about your account; and comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your information to third parties.
Document handling
Documents you upload are stored securely and used only to provide the analysis you request. Documents are not used to train AI models without your explicit consent. You can request deletion of your documents at any time.
AI processing
Document analysis uses AI services. Data shared with AI providers is governed by those providers' data processing agreements. See our AI Processing page for details. We select AI providers with data handling practices appropriate for professional construction documents.
Data retention
Account data is retained while your account is active. Uploaded documents are retained for the duration of your subscription plus a 90-day grace period. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting privacy@vantage.build.
Security
We use industry-standard security measures including TLS encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. See our Security page for details.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data. Contact privacy@vantage.build to exercise these rights.
