These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ChangeGuard by Vantage ("the Service"), operated by Vantage ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Use of the Service
ChangeGuard provides AI-assisted analysis of construction change order documentation. The Service is intended for professional use by construction owners, project managers, and their authorized representatives. You are responsible for the accuracy of documents you upload and for decisions made based on Service output.
Educational purpose and no professional advice
ChangeGuard analysis is educational and informational. It does not constitute legal, financial, engineering, or professional advice. No client relationship is created by use of the Service. You should consult qualified professionals before acting on any project-specific matter.
Account responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must not share access with unauthorized parties. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
Uploaded content
By uploading documents, you represent that you have the right to share them and that sharing does not violate any third-party rights or confidentiality obligations. We handle uploaded content according to our Privacy Policy.
Service limitations
The Service uses AI assistance, which may produce errors or omissions. We do not warrant the accuracy or completeness of Service output. Change order analysis requires professional judgment that AI assistance cannot fully replicate.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access for breach of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time through your account settings.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
