Construction project data is sensitive. Here's how ChangeGuard protects yours.
Data encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.2+. Documents stored in ChangeGuard are encrypted at rest using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
Access controls
Access to your project data is scoped to authenticated members of your organization. Session tokens are short-lived and rotated on re-authentication.
Document handling
Uploaded documents are stored in isolated object storage. They are processed for review purposes and are not used to train AI models without explicit consent.
AI processing
ChangeGuard uses AI assistance to extract and analyze change order content. AI-generated analysis is reviewed within the system for quality. See our AI Processing page for details.
Data retention
Project data is retained for the duration of your subscription. You can request deletion of your data at any time. See our Privacy Policy for full retention details.
No sale of data
We do not sell, rent, or share your project data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes.
